INSTRUCTIONS:
Kicking a ball is a skill for baby to learn especially at ages 1-2 years. you may need to model how to kick the ball in front of your baby.

Place the ball in front of baby, hold their legs and move it forward to show how to kick the ball.
When baby knows how to do it on his own, let him kick the ball!

BENEFITS:
Unilateral coordination - baby,s ability to control one side of the body, to distinguish how to move only the right side or only the left side
Torso control - baby's ability to control his upper body during movement.
